Dr Lasseigne is great and so are the Hygenist and tech. However, after pay the quoted part of my procedure, I was told yesterday that there was an additional charge of hundreds of dollars- months after I thought everything thing had been settled. I made my decision on having the procedure on the basis of the price. I am appalled

Recently I’ve noticed the staffing shortage.. I had to wait for an hour in the waiting room before being called back for my appointment.

Before the issue with staffing, I really liked this place! I understand times are difficult and Covid has impacted everything

I've been going here since 2014 and every experience has always been so great. The staff is always so kind and warm, and they always have great tips for any dental issue. Dr. Lasseigne is great as well! He gets the job done quickly, but without making you feel like he's rushing. I highly recommend!!

I had a gift card that, yes, was a little old, but it had a specific package on it. I started with a mani/pedi, which was fantastic. Next, I had my first ever facial which was phenomenal. Lunch was delicious. I was disappointed with the masseuse. I showed her a specific spot that I hoped she would help out with, and she proceeded to spend entirely too much time on the wrong side. I thought she was just concentrating on both shoulders and my back, but that was not the case. I was also disappointed that no one offered me a robe or locker, so I had to carry my tote and keep everything in the rooms with me. When I went to the front to leave a tip, I had to pay an additional $25 because the price had changed on the package. There was no dollar amount on the gift card, just the package name. I will go back, but I will ask for a different masseuse, and I will make sure in the future to ask if I will have to pay extra for a package as well as make sure to tell anyone I give a gift card to that they should use it as soon as possible. Based on this visit, I cannot give the 5 stars I would love to as a rating.
