Trish provided a wonderful massage, including a relaxing atmosphere. She listened to my needs and also provided suggestions for what could help me in the future. The day after I woke up with no tightness in my neck and shoulders, which was my primary reason for having a massage. I will certainly go back.

My experience was lovely. My masseuse was very professional and hit all the major stress points. The spa is beautiful and I felt extremely pampered. The only recommendations I would make would be to spend more time on the points the client says are hurting and maybe a little less on the reflexology points in the skull. Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler Mason and my masseuse.

Rachel does an awesome job on my hair! She ltruly listens and gives her honest opinion on what is best for your hair. She wants you to love your hair when she is done!

I booked my consultation and hair appointment back to back as I'm very short on time most days. I was told this isn't common, but as I don't be have time to come back multiple times, they would schedule them both. I come in form my apointment, and am seen 20 minutes after my scheduled time. I talked to the stylist and she says she doesn't have enough time to do my hair; whomever booked me didn't pencil in enough time, she informs me. I ask if anyone else can get me in or if we could do something, since my out of state vacation started Sunday. There was no solution other than a, "sorry about that". I called another beauty shop and they made space for me instantly. Had the other salon not taken me, I would have had to leave for vacation without it done.

We want to apologize that you left disappointed after you last visit. We highly encourage our new color guests to schedule a consultation prior to their first visit so we can ensure that the correct timing is in place for the actual color service. We completely understand that there are times that guest's schedules do not allow for that and we'll accommodate this but sometimes (not often) the time allowed for the service will not be sufficient. If this happens our stylists always give options of what we can do in the time allowed. We're so sorry that we didn't have enough time that day to do the type of change you wanted but we're so happy you were able to get it done before your vacation. We hope that you will think of us again in the future for you hair care needs.

I found the entire staff to be absolutely professional. Stephanie is in a perfect spot being the first impression people get as they enter. She was so friendly and provided clear answers to my many questions. Later, during fittings, she gave me all the options I could have wanted to know about. The young lady who did my pre-test was also so nice and helpful, and then Dr. Cox was friendly and very efficient and responded so well to all my questions for her, too. Could I just say that Stephanie would be a valuable asset to any eye-care office. I was terribly impressed by her.
