I have been a customer for several years. I went in for a simple oil change. It took almost two hours and I brought my car in right when they opened (because on the phone they told me it would be a shorter wait time if I came early). I was handed a piece of paper at the end of it listing all the fluids in my car that were low. David didn't bother having the tech fill the fluids (which used to be standard?), nor did they call and ask if I wanted them to do so while they had my car. He also didn't bother to read the notes in my file - I had a credit on my account and he wanted to collect $ from me instead. I'm so disappointed. I will likely be finding a new place to take my car.
