My alternator went out while driving in rush hour traffic on I-235..stranded on the side of the road. I immediately called Ultimate Automotive, the gal answered and told me what they had going and sent Mel out to tow the vehicle. I called a co-worker and got a ride to work, leaving the vehicle along the side of the freeway (after highway helper stopped to make sure I had help coming). Mel came and towed the vehicle and then they called to let me know what the problem was and an estimate on cost. Mark assured me it would be fixed by the time I got off work. I told him that I also had an issue with a back window wiper blade not making contact with the window, which Mark said they would take a look at (that was after he had given me the estimate for the alternator repair. The only surprise I received is that the bill was less than I expected with the tow charge, alternator repair and fixing the rear wiper issue. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family! GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! No added fees, quick response time, people that seem to really care about getting you back on the road quickly. They deliver on their promise.
