While I understand that your rates have to go up as markets change, inflation, etc.as a regular client, I would have like to have been able to keep the option of attending the class that I like at a reasonable rate rather than bundling my class with another. I love the work out that I receive and I appreciate the results. I just don't like the change or the lack of notice for the changes that were made. You have great instructors, especially Janice. Every member of your staff is awesome.
The Ultimate Ride and Fitness replied:
We left the single visit option for all classes on our schedule with only a slight increase. If you do the monthly package at $59 a month annual or $69 month to month and come at least 10 times it is only $5.90 a visit or $6.90 a visit. In order to have awesome instructors and a facility that offers lots of different class options we have to be able to take care of them and hire help to provide the service we guarantee. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We appreciate you and all of our clients at Ultimate Ride and Fitness. We would love to take the time to sit down and look at the options you may have.
