Dr. Marianna Rexan is a dedicated family and cosmetic general dentist who is providing the highest quality dental care. Dr. Rexan is a graduate of UCSF School of Dentistry and has been serving San Francisco Bay Area for the past 10 years. She is located in Marina/ Cow Hollow. Doctor and her team are committed to maintaining your oral health and function as well as helping your smile look fabulous. They did not have my records prepared when I got there (they couldn't locate my X-rays or figure out if I had them done last time), and were searching around for forms for a while. My experience with dentist offices is that they know you are coming in and have everything ready for your visit. The cleaning was great but then something odd was that the dentist never even came in at the end like they usually do
I had an emergency over the weekend and Dr. Rexan made time to see me on a very short notice. During my visit I was well informed about my treatment options, treatment itself was painless and quick. Now, I can enjoy my food again. Thank you, Dr. Rexan!
Yesterday was my 5th time coming to Spa radiance. I am going through laser hair removal therapy. I normally see Judy or Laura, which are both very professional. But yesterday was my first time seeing Stephanie, and after my experience, I will NEVER go to spa radiance again. I was put in a closet during my service, and during my service people kept walking in and out! Also, the power in the room went out. And then one of the other nurses had to come in and take the laser we were using! Mind you, Stephanie had just started my service! So then I had to wait. While we were waiting for my service to get started again Stephanie pulls out her phone and starts texting! Instead of Stephanie apologizing for the whole situation, she was blaming the spa for the whole problem I was going through. Yes, she had given me a discounted service, but the way Stephanie handled my service felt so rushed and uncarful ...NEVER AGAIN!
I was very thrilled with several things about the salon. The interior was beautiful and I was so grateful I was squeezed into an appointment on a busy Saturday. Everyone in the salon was lovely and sweet.
Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the final service. My hair was cut much shorter than I had requested and in terms of color, I had asked for highlights ("a noticeable, brighter difference") and my hair color looks the EXACT same as it did before the appointment and doesn't look lighter at all. I was also taken aback by the prices ($75 for haircut with stylist and was charged $140 for a full highlight for a total of $215). My final highlights DEFINITELY look more like a partial highlight (if that) as there is no noticeable change from before/after the appointment. Very disappointing here, as I had mentioned several times before we got started that I really wanted a brighter, more noticeable difference for my hair. At this cost and with the final product not being what I expected (with the cut OR color), I was overall disappointed with my experience as a whole.
