The best veterinary clinic and staff I've found in Utah and i've been to many vets over the years. Above and beyond superior care! They truly care and thier dedication and care for animals is unmatched! I love them so much and they work their butts off because they have a true and deep love for animals.

I am so grateful for this place, My cat my best fur friend moved back here to Utah and has been on this long journey together for a long time and she is worth every cent to have her with me as long as she can. She was just diagnosed with diabetes and I wasn't even aware that animals could get it. Dr, Doub, and bridget are like animal angles they are so caring and loving for your pet and they make you feel better that she is just as important to them as she is to you. Thank you for being there for my cat Jingle, They have called to check on her and that makes me feel so much better knowing how special she is to them. I originally had a 9:00 am appointment which was changed to 8:30 at the clinic's request. I arrived at 8:28 and called to let the office know that my dog could be picked up from my vehicle. I was told that someone would be "right out" to get him. Twenty minutes later I called again and informed the desk that I was still waiting; that it was now closer to the original appointment time (9:00) than the clinic-requested 8:30. After several more minutes someone came to get my dog. I was told to wait in the car and remain on the premises. In a reasonable amount of time a vet came to show me the estimate for a canine teeth-cleaning session. The cost shocked me since it was more than double what it had cost at other clinics in the not distant past. I was informed by a somewhat embarrassed vet that "corporate" keeps raising the rates; that they were out of the clinic's control. I declined the cleaning at that cost. The personnel of the clinic were fine. But the long wait and the fact curb-side service was still required are unjustifiable in my opinion. And the prices? Please.

I have every confidence in Dr. Doub and her fantastic team. They have been looking after my unfortunately declawed rescue cat for many years now, and work with me to do everything we can to keep him comfortable into his old age. I highly recommend UPVH.
