Terrible. I called Thursday morning to get my sick dog who had been vomiting the night before all night. The person who answered the phone scheduled me an appointment for the next morning. Later that evening at 5:50 pm I received a phone call from another person who told me they wouldn’t see my dog. They said I needed to go to hospital. My complaint is they waited almost 10 hours later to contact me. At anytime they could of should of contacted me so that I could start making arrangements earlier. Not 6 o’clock at night. They should have someone at the front desk who should know whether or not the clinic is skilled enough to take a patient in if that indeed was the case. They excuse they gave me was their clinic wasn’t capable to take a vomiting dog who may have a bowel obstruction. I emphasize May. The fact is they could of examined and X-ray there and if there was an obstruction send me on to the hospital. He was throwing up but still was pooping, had an appetite and was at normal activity level. If there wasn’t an obstruction, treat it with subcutaneous fluids , nausea medicine etc., PS he didn’t have a blockage. So for whatever reason - they didn’t want my business or $$$. So no I don’t recommend them. Not even a little bit.
