This should be a last choice if you are looking for a positive experience. The dentist didn’t even pretend to do an in depth exam! The office staff made everything twice as difficult when I wanted my X-rays re-sent to me.

According to our records your last visit at our office was in August 2018. Given you weren't satisfied with your first examination 2 and a half years ago, we scheduled you to see Dr. Gold and there were no issues after that. Your x-rays were sent to you without delay that same day and with no problems. We are sorry you were not satisfied with your experience at our office but we did everything we could to resolve the issue. We are very sorry to hear you are upset. We would like to address this; you did call with an emergency and we did see you immediately. We never want a patient to feel pressure to do treatment. It is also a priority of ours to be transparent with our patients. We do inform you of your total costs upfront as we do not wish to surprise you later with an unexpected bill. This is why we checked your insurance immediately and found out your crown was done recently at another office and would not be covered. We are sorry you felt it was a business approach that was never our intention. All we wanted to do is inform you and not surprise you with unwanted costs.
