I will never ever come back here! The docs are great! However , the front desk staff is horrible . They are so money hungry . They would not give me a dental kit post cleaning (toothbrush, toothpaste.). They stated they could not because I did not have insurance . I know it's not a big deal . It just left a bad taste in my mouth! They have forever lost a customer .

Friendly and very efficient customer service. Received a very professional and warm service from Front Desk, nurse and Doctor Kim. Also received a very genuine suggestion and recommendation from Dr. Kim about how dental upkeep and maintenance. I have heard horrible stories of Drs pushing for medical procedure just for the sake of raking expenses. Very fast and convenient service as well.

Dr Hong is very good, but I had a very bad experience with the front office staff, who first gave me an exorbitant estimate for crown and bridge, and then started to negotiate the price. This is not how a medical profession should work.

Dr. Kim is great! The surgery went amazingly smooth and painless. Anna is very nice taking care of all issues.

However I was very very upset with the front desk. I received a call the day before my appointment requesting a change of schedule. I wanted to make sure Dr. Hong is going to see me as scheduled because I have concern on the new crowns I have. The person, Vicente, assured me at least two times that I would be seen by Dr. Hong as scheduled. I wasn't even informed that Dr. Hong wasn't there when I signed in at the front desk. I was very surprised and upset when I was told Dr. Hong was not working on Tuesdays at that office since the beginning of the year. Vicente was not apologetic on what he did and was arrogant and aloof.
