Excellent service, timing and professionalism. I was greeted at the door with a smile, handshake and the gentleman saying, "thank you so much for choosing our service and allowing us into your home". He was quick to assess the situation, get started and complete the job. I had tried to repair the issue myself for 3 weeks with no luck. He finished in ten minutes and was out the door. I would definitely recommend to friends without question.

Very overpriced. Did not perform work as quoted. What a ripoff
Cajun Maintenance replied:
Client stated "The estimate is more pricey than I thought. If the sills are not still wet, approximately how much would that decrease it? I really need to keep the cost closer to 3500. See what you can do to keep it near that."
I then stated "How about this - what if I agreed to $3500 total for any / all equipment required for the project?"
He then states "That will be good. When can you start?"
$3500 is exactly what he was billed and exactly what he paid.
The clients complaint was that "Very overpriced. Did not perform work as quoted. What a ripoff" when he clearly agreed to the price prior to allowing us to complete his project.
And we did complete the work.
I have tried to contact client to resolve his issues and he has not responded.
