What a shame that my two visits went badly. I decided to wait a few weeks before writing this review, so that I wouldn't be angry.
I paid to have the light bulb in my taillight replaced; it promptly burned out, and I returned to University Tire. Alfonso, a skilled professional with solid customer service skills, told me of a junk yard in which I could purchase an entire taillight for my car. I did that, then returned to University Tire. I paid a lot of money to have the taillight device replaced and welded, but the trouble light on my dashboard still lit up, indicating that my taillight was not working. Brandon told me simply not to worry about it, but I see that danger light every day and wonder why University Tire could not fix it.
The woman at the cash register lacked any customer service skills whatsoever.
