It may seem that way at first. But the fact is that you're not buying a part. you're buying service that comes with the part. There's a value and a cost to everything.
We're able to service you the same day. that's a value!
We have stock trucks so we can get your system up and running as fast as possible. So your family can be comfortable. That's another value!
Being licensed bonded insured is a cost. You want us to be insured don't you?
Having 24-hour dispatch so you can call us 24 hours a day in case of an emergency is a cost.
Having a Certified Technician come to your house is also a cost.
This is just an example of some of the costs.
We charge flat rate for all of our parts which include all of the costs associated with it. We wouldn't be in business for over 20 years if we just over charged everybody!!! We actually check pricing on a daily basis with our competition. So we know exactly where we are in the marketplace.
