North Mechanical provided excellent service in the installation of our Fujitsu mini split air conditioning system. We are very happy with the equipment performance and the installation of the multi-unit system. We had a minor issue with one of the units, and North Mechanical even supplied service on the 4th of July. They do not rush or complain or make you feel that you are asking too much. They aim for complete customer satisfaction and they hit the mark.

The response was excellent, especially at the time of day and weather conditions (heat) involved. The work was completed quickly and efficiently by Jake and he was able to get the house cooled down again in a short period of time.

Great response at a time of extreme heat and demand for the company's services. Collin arrived clearly exhausted after working in the heat all day, but he had my AC fixed within 20 minutes and had a cheerful attitude about the whole situation.

I had specific information for the tech regarding my issue and what needed to be done to seek reimbursement from AHS. I provided that information to the dispatcher but the Tech did not follow what needed to be done. I don't know if the info didn't get to him or if he just disregarded it. I am hopeful that this failure does not preclude my reimbursement.

Tech was great, very through and informed me about the work done.
My maintenace plan is for every 6 months service. I would like to change the service to once a year in the fall.
It's not used much but more in the winter than summer.

the heat pump and blower unit system on the lower level of my home was blowing cold air in the winter time.it was decided that the heat pump should be replaced,and it was by north mechanical.the tech's did a fine job and are very professional.however,the problem persisted and after some other minor adjustments to the units was somewhat alleviated,not rectified.this system is entirely brand new now and should not blow cold air in the winter.it becomes a perpetual problem as the system runs way too much,which has quadruppled my aps electric bill. still waiting to get this resolved.
