I understand making up parts, but 92 dollars for a pound of refrigerant that I can buy for 6 dollars a pound. I will not be using you guys anymore

We've had North Mechanical handle our heat pump maintenance for the last several years. Their techs have listened well to what we, the users, have observed about the function of our equipment. The result has been precisely targeted fixes that have extended the life of our system. We are grateful.

Had a leak in my 4 yr. old heat pump. Paid North Mech. $1,300 for a diagnosis only, and was told it would be another $1,000 - $2,000, plus supplies & tax to repair. Hired a different company and paid $600 TOTAL for diagnosis AND repair. Something seriously wrong with that discrepancy, but North Mech. is not willing to discuss even a partial refund.
