Tech was great, very through and informed me about the work done.
My maintenace plan is for every 6 months service. I would like to change the service to once a year in the fall.
It's not used much but more in the winter than summer.

the heat pump and blower unit system on the lower level of my home was blowing cold air in the winter time.it was decided that the heat pump should be replaced,and it was by north mechanical.the tech's did a fine job and are very professional.however,the problem persisted and after some other minor adjustments to the units was somewhat alleviated,not rectified.this system is entirely brand new now and should not blow cold air in the winter.it becomes a perpetual problem as the system runs way too much,which has quadruppled my aps electric bill. still waiting to get this resolved.

Although Jake,Collin and Dallas were a little late because they were tied up a bit on another job . They were very professional and got right to work replacing our furnace and cleaning the ducts. At all times they informed us what was going on . We have been using North Mechanical for the past 9 years and not once has any of there techs ever tried to sell us someting that we didn't need. It's our opinion that this is a professional and honest company to work with and would recommend them to anyone.
