Technician was punctual, stayed on task, doagmosed and repaired the problem. However, the technician broke off one of clamps and fractured the front of the furnace cover and did not tell us. This happened, because he could not get the cover back on the furnace correctly snd left it halfway off. I called the office, spoke with Christine to report the problem, and she said someone would get back to me, but have not to date. Out of town until March 6.

We are 110% pleased with the repair work done last month here in Payson.
The work was very well coordinated between your office (Christine), the crane operator (Casey), and Bow-Tie Roofing. The workers, Daryl, assisted by Cisco, did an excellent job of analyzing what needed to be done and getting it done safely, efficiently, and completely. The best part was Daryl discovering that the ducting needed to be adjusted, as well as the position of the heat pump stand, which required adding several cuts of sheet metal and removing another piece which had been restricting the airflow. This took more time and materials, but made our system more efficient and economical. The fact that Daryl took the initiative to do the job professionally, impressed us immensely!

Took 4 times to get system working properly. The new unit would not work with the Old thermostat, and I got on the web and got the schematic but tech still could not get it to work with old thermostat which worked ok with previous heat pump. Only got emergency heat first night after installing. Got a new thermostat the next AM everything working, but died two days later with over pressure cut off Got another repairman on Saturday AM who said too much Freon and too restrictive filter. He let out some Freon. Got a new filter and system ran from Sat morning until Monday AM and failed again with overpressure cut off. Tech let out more Freon and moved some ducts, working now.

Had a problem with another company install screws into the outside unit and hitting the evap core. Caleb came out, very nice, explained repair and repaired the unit.

After much thought, I realized the problem was your fault and not mine. If the vent pipe had been installed correctly in the first place, I never would have had a problem. I paid you guys $199.00 for a problem you created.
