Dr. Upston goes above and beyond to care for his patients. He is committed to the wellness of his patients, is kind, and is very knowledgeable. I always leave with confidence in my care but also with appreciation for the way he treats me with respect. He partners with other professionals and does not have a limited view of health and wellness. I found him in my search to help my plantar fasciitis. Now he is my family’s chiropractor. Massages are available too. If you struggle with pain, I highly recommend Dr. Blake Upston.

Dr. Upston is very knowledgeable and up to date on research/ best practices. He can easily explain (in layman's terms) what is going on with my injury, how to treat and recover from the injury. He truly cares about me as a client. He goes above and beyond to ensure I understand everything from billing to adjustments, how to safely exercise and more! I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants to understand their body, improve their health conditions and stay healthy!
