My stylist was Joanna, and she took 4 hours to complete 2 haircuts, even though my appointment was from 12-2. We showed her the exact picture of the haircut we wanted, but regardless she did what she wanted, like how much hair she wanted to remove. Instead of apologizing for the time, she raised our price for each haircut by almost double the starting price.

Patricia is great but the appointment booking system has been a hassle (no return email for appointment enquire via website email, told numerous times the appointment time I requested was not available but then no suggestion if a time that is available). Waited a full week fir a call back in response to another email. In the end me and my friend ended up going to another spa for our nails and massage because we could not get good customer service here. Too difficult to book an appointment. However, when an appointment is finally booked I received daily text reminders about my upcoming appointment. One text the day prior to the appointment would be sufficient!
