Really great experience. The sales agent helped me stay on task and followed up with me like a pro. I needed to get it done, sometimes I'm just so hesitant to do things for myself.

The practitioner and her assistant were top-notch and extremely polite. The whole office felt very clean and professional overall. Now I know the overall health of my mouth and teeth, and I plan to get my cavities fixed within the next 6 months at Urban Dentistry.

A+ visit to my new Dentist. On line pre-visit forms were a snap. Met with the Dentist in a super cool relaxed meeting room before getting in the chair. Cutting edge technology made the X-ray's quick and easy. Cleaning was pain free and thorough. Polishing let me walk out with a shine !

Unfortunately, my appointment with Dr. Urban was canceled due to a snow day in Austin. When does that ever happen? Hardly, ever. The office staff quickly rescheduled me with Dr. Burns. I've been seeing Dr. Urban for many years, now. She's great! But, I'm so glad I've had the opportunity to meet Dr. Burns. She's super gentle with the cleaning implements. No pain at all. She said, she's very sensitive and that makes for such a delicate touch and comfortable cleaning. So, I'd recommend both of Urban Dentistry's Dentist's now. They're both great. And, I love the new office. Super convenient parking on South Congress.

Very friendly ladies! I appreciate that my first experience was with Dr. Burns only - I will return for the "cleaning" with Lauren, the hygienist. I felt that I was listened to and that I had her undivided attention. I look forward to visiting again and meeting Lauren! Thank you, all!

Dr. Burns is the best Dentist I have ever had. She has made sure to explain everything she's doing, informing me of the things I might need to look at and things that are good. She also gives me options for issues and doesn't pressure me into a decision. Plus all the staff I have met are friendly and helpful.

Sitting down with Dr. Urban beforehand to discuss my concerns and expectations really helped me to understand the best course of action to take. I went in on a whim, but I am happy to say that I've found my new permanent dentist.
