The staff is incredibly friendly but it felt like a complete business and not that the vet necessarily cared for my dogs. Coming from a vet that truly loved my fur babies I felt that this vet would not give any opinions based on her professional training but was more than happy to offer a test that would need to be sent to the lab for a couple hundred dollars. I will continue to look for a vet that is more similar to the one I moved away from.

I appreciated that they could schedule my new puppy within the breeder's contract window and even moved the appointment up when the puppy had diarrhea the night before. While they knew my name & my puppy's name, no one (vet tech nor doctor) introduced themselves or wore name tags. I didn't know who I was talking to.

They treated the diarrhea, did a fecal test (at my insistence) and started a 3 day de-wormer. Without any explanation they wanted to administer more vaccinations even though that was ahead of schedule. They did call the next day to report Giardia in the fecal test and recommend extending the de-wormer.

However, they did not do a new puppy check as originally scheduled. So they missed the ear infection and dismissed my comments about frequent peeing so didn't check urine. I was able to take her to another vet (fabulous team) who did find the ear infection and a VERY serious urinary infection. We began treatments for those, too, so she is finally better now.

I can't recommend this vet based on our experience.

vet was knowledgeable. front desk person that answers the phone wasn’t willing to speak with the vet about my cat prior to coming to the clinic and wouldn’t answer questions if the vet had speciality experience in dermatology . the website is confusing because it makes you think they have specialty experience in dermatology and cardiology

but it’s just a regular vet clinic. so it was a complete waste of my time going there !

Doesnot really care for my dog, its all about money.

I pay 200 a visit for 20 min.

I pay 45 for an exam where they don’t do anything but check the heart beat.

I will be finding another vet asap.

I just tried to keep going there cause my dog got her 1st set of shots there. I stay 1 hour away i might as well go by my house if im going to pay the amount im paying at urban animal hospital.

This practice does a fantastic job of caring for kids. We landed here after a very upsetting experience with a non-pediatric dental office and WOW what a difference! We are now “frequent flyers” with kids who see both the dental team (Dr. Kasia/Dr. Theriot) and ortho team (Dr. Darsey). On every visit, the staff is pleasant and clearly focused on keeping kids comfortable, while also encouraging them to adopt great dental habits at home. Furthermore, they are flexible and prepared to accommodate ALL kids regardless of quirks / abilities / anxieties. This is an A-Team providing A+ dental care for kids. Dr. Darsey is an extraordinarily thoughtful Orthodontist. I highly value that he has really partnered with us to administer the right treatments at the right times at fair, reasonable expense. Special shout out to Ms. Yvette!! She knows our kids like family and is kind enough to tell them she’s proud of them and the growth / maturity she sees in them with each visit. Love that!
