First time visit. It would have been nice if we could see the vet on time. Other than that people were nice and my dog didn't shake for the first time at a vet visit.

Excellent service. The staff were patient, caring and understanding. Professional doctors and professional staff. My dog is healthy now. I am so glad they are open all week and that they are open late. Thank you!!!

I brought my chronically ill 13 year old cat in for an acute bladder infection. I needed to balance her needs--comfort and well-being--with my limited budget. (I'm not a millennial with a big income.) I was really impressed with the explanations, options and kindness shown by all of the staff. My kitty is well on her way to recovery. Thank you!

The staff at urban pet are great! They always do a wonderful job making us feel welcome and the staff is very knowledgeable. We appreciate the safe approach to always ensure our little puppy is okay.

Very positive experience. Really appreciate the time the Dr. took to answer all of our questions, provide the logic behind it and make us feel more comfortable as new puppy owners. We will definitely be back for our second vaccinations.

Dr. Garg is great. It is apparent how much he cares about his patients. He is thorough and conscientious. He is also great with his follow-up. I know my furry child is in good hands at Urban Pet Hospital.

I was a bit disappointed. I had an appointment for 11. When I got there, I waited until 12:15, at which time we were led to the room. The doctor's bedside manor was a bit harsh as well, and I felt like I was pushed into paying for services I did not necessarily want/need... ($55 for fluids under the skin?? I was not even told this would be a separate charge so very upset to find out about that).

I signed up for the puppy plan for the convenience of the location, but am not sure that I will stick around after that.
