Everyone from the attending vet to the front desk staffer were very nice and earnest, but the logistics and service provided was a mess. We paid full price for a comprehensive appt and the vet did not check his heart beat, only took my dog's temperature. And I asked them to check 3 items (X, Y, Z) so my dog was taken to a back room for 25+ min and came out without a vet in attendance to let me know the outcome of the more thorough exam -- so I did not receive answers to Y and Z -- he only got blood taken for a X test. No verbal or written statement was provided on his condition, etc. And we were at the vet for 90 min... receptionist and nurse staff overwhelmed. 24 hours passed and we did not receive any kind of follow-up. Had to call and of course all the paperwork/e-records had no comment about outcome of my dog's exam.
