We didnt like that Dr Hogue didn’t introduce himself to us until we finally asked for his name. We came in with 2 Black cats, one for checkup & other b/c cat vomited profusely after ingestión of part of Cala Lily leaf. She’s a fairly common breed of black cat with yellow eyes & first thing he said was her eyes are yellow (as if suggesting jaundice) then when we said it was normal for her breed, he said, oh, ok. At that point I began to feel less confidence. Then he did blood work and gave us his thoughts on some of the higher levels but we didn’t feel it was thoughtful: for example with elevated blood sugar, might be diabetes but could do another test for $45 to make sure and another elevated level, maybe gall bladder. He explained X-ray in detail but said some of white in belly was from eating cat litter. We said she didn’t except maybe when kicked her paws. Too much undigested information from vet that felt a bit alarmist without bigger picture view. We left with $500+ bill. We think kitty will be ok but I wouldn’t go back to this particular vet.

The people were nice though it was weird to have a vet that was so perfunctory with meeting my cat ( I love my cat dearly but he’s got that face only a mother can love), normally the vet gushes over your pet...you know like the mom and everybody but the mom thinks the kid is ugly af but we lie and say omg how cute....Anyway, I was at the appointment for 2 and half hours. The techs were nice, the room was hot and dingy. They did discover what was wrong with my cat and I am grateful. They do take after hour apppintments but after working a 10 hour day, waiting for that long to find out my cat has gastritis which I was for sure was metastic cancer/ plague/ going to have be put down but thank the Universe it wasn’t was exhausting. I’m a nurse. Can you imagine if I made a human patient wait that long...without a snack?

Overall it was an ok experience. I’m going to back to finish the appointment but my cat was terrorized waiting in that room for over 2 hours. And he hasn’t come out from under the bed yet. Let be very clear though - I am super grateful they helped my baby and would endorse them for that.

Both Dr. Hoque and the front desk were concerned, caring and efficient. They called our previous vet to make sure the vaccines they recommended were needed ones. They inquired about food I was feeding him and other details. I particularly liked that I could be in the treatment room with our dog and was able to reassure him. I also used the opportunity to ask the doctor various questions like how frequently I should bathe him, and other minor questions for his general care.

Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We were able to book our appointment online and were seen punctually at the appointed time. Dr. Garg did a great job explaining things to us and I really appreciated that he was accessible by cell phone on Sunday when he was not at the hospital.

I was not impressed with the locations condition. It was very warm and no air ventilation in the room where we waiting for the vet. The reason for picking this place was close to my house and good reviews. I would highly recommend improving the physical appearance and air flow.

I was very thrilled with several things about the salon. The interior was beautiful and I was so grateful I was squeezed into an appointment on a busy Saturday. Everyone in the salon was lovely and sweet. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the final service. My hair was cut much shorter than I had requested and in terms of color, I had asked for highlights ("a noticeable, brighter difference") and my hair color looks the EXACT same as it did before the appointment and doesn't look lighter at all. I was also taken aback by the prices ($75 for haircut with stylist and was charged $140 for a full highlight for a total of $215). My final highlights DEFINITELY look more like a partial highlight (if that) as there is no noticeable change from before/after the appointment. Very disappointing here, as I had mentioned several times before we got started that I really wanted a brighter, more noticeable difference for my hair. At this cost and with the final product not being what I expected (with the cut OR color), I was overall disappointed with my experience as a whole.
