I don’t normally just walk, but I appreciate being accommodated in a short amount of time. The receptionist was kind and the young lady who provided services was WONDERFUL! She was easy to talk to, was quick and very thorough. LOVED HER!

Wendy was really great. The waxer I had scheduled at the Arcadia location had a family emergency so they moved my appointment to the Central Phoenix location, that way I didnt have to reschedule. Which was really nice! Over all great experience. Ive been getting waxed at Urban for years. I love it.
