Every time I have visited the Eye Center Lisa has helped me. Period. She always makes my experience there wonderful and is very helpful to get all of my needs met. She is an outstanding employee and cares a lot about her patience.

I had a very unique case where I was beginning to loose hope, I had gone to top brand doctors to get answers and possible treatment on my condition, I was turned away and told that unfortunately there wasn’t anything I could do and I was stuck with drops for the rest of my life, I would cry and leave the office they would schedule me a follow up visit I am glad I was smart enough to know this wasn’t my life I kept searching and went to more doctors and other doctors would say the same, I am so glad I ran into Michael Lloyd when I visited him the first time my condition had progressed and I was pregnant he told me I was on the verg of going blind and he said “ that is un acceptable “ he got me into emergency surgery right away and kept following up with my condition and after I had my baby I needed another surgery and I am now happy to say I got my life back!!!! I am forever great ful for Michael Lloyd he fought for my eye sight and gave me my life back !

I really appreciate the attention to detail and personal interest your staff makes as a priority. I rated the visit as a four out of five only because the reminders were way over the top. I received a request to confirm my appt via email (which I did) and then, a few days later, a request to confirm my appt by text (which I did), then a few days later someone called my wife to confirm MY appt and then someone called me to confirm.
