At the end of Dec '11, we took my husband's Nissan Maxima in for a tire problem. The dash light indicated a problem-and we took the car in to be ckd out. The [email protected] the shop were told to please ck and fix as he was driving to Great Falls 2 days later. We received a call later saying tire had small screw in tire sidewall and was fixed & ready to go.That was 12/20/11. On 1/30/12, the light came back on, and we took car in- we were told they added air to all 4 tires and that made the light go off.The light came on again as he left town, but would go off, then on for the days he was in Gr Falls. Coming back on 2/5/12 @ approx 3:30am the tire blew out and almost wrecked the car. When the car tire was brought back and taken to Staley Tire to be replaced, we were told the Tire Fix of 12/11 was done with a plug, and should have been at least a patch, and due to his driving the highway, probably should have been a combination Plug/Patch. I have always gotten great service previously. When I asked about this situation, I was told Staley's was wrong. I have researched it, & I think Staley's was right. I don't expect a refund or anything like that, but I won't be back for anything more serious than an oil change.
Sincerely, Kelly M Kelley
