Dr Rhim/Dr Upputuri always make us feel at ease. They always explain everything to us with detail. We've been coming here for a couple of years and have referred quite a few patients to the practice. We really appreciate the fact that treatment is broken down by Insurance payment and our out of pocket cost. We have noticed some change at the front desk. Monica was always a familiar face and comforting to our whole family and always was able take care of all our concerns. We continue to call her at the Romeoville Practice with any concern we might have including balance. Keep up the good work Dr Rhim/Dr Upputuri. Will definitely continue to refer to Valley View Dental.

Though my haircut was very good this is the second time in a row that they have been way behind in their appointment scheduling. I received a call while I was driving. On my way to get my haircut that the girl was running at least an entire appointment behind. This ended up affecting my entire days plans. They did get me in to get shampooed but by the time the girl was ready to cut my hair it was all dry and I had been sitting there half an hour. My complaint is not with the person to cut my hair. My complaint is that this is a relatively new girl and they scheduled her with 15 minute appointments. So that if even one person was late or had a longer than needed procedure, she would be automatically behind schedule.Read More …
