I am so very happy with the Valley Animal hospital. I have had experiences with all the Dr's at Valley animal hospital and they are all very knowledgeable, caring, truly concerned for your animals well being. The vet techs are just as pleasant, kind & caring.
My Dr. Is Dr. Thompson and she is absolutely the best. I moved here from NY about 3 years ago and was very afraid that I wouldn't find a great vet (as I had in NY), but I was wrong. Dr. Thompson has time and time again proved me wrong about not finding a great vet in NJ (like I had in NY).
She has a wonderful way of treating my animals. She explains everything to me so that I understand her and her directives.
She takes her time with each of my animals as if they were her own. I never feel rushed.
When I call and leave a message for her she calls me back in a timely manner. She is gentel with my animals and also has a good sense of humor.
You can not go wrong with The Valley Animal Hospital; no matter which Dr. You have an appointment with.
I again want to mention that the vet techs and the workers who answer the phones and man the front desk are also wonderful people.
You would be foolish to go to any other Vet; take my word for it!!!! If I could give the practice 100 stars I would.
Thank you Valkey Animal Hospital for being a wonderful place to bring my animals.
Everyone we deal with is courteous and helpful. A trip to the vet is not scary to my dogs. they love the people at Valley and are excited to see them. As for myself , I feel very confident that they are getting excellent care and that the doctors and assistants genuine love the animals that they care for.
Our first experience at Valley Animal hospital was great. The entire staff was friendly. We were not rushed the doctor took her time with us and answered all of our questions. We were very happy and so was our fur baby.
Valley Animal Hospital was a referral for my dog, Lulu, who needed some rehabilitation for arthritis. As soon as we walked into the place, we were welcomed by a rehab technician named Tim. He kneeled down to say hello to our dog and spoke with us for a few minutes. We met with Dr. Henderson, who gave an assessment of our dog. He suggested an intra-articular hyaluronic acid injection in my dog's knee and physical therapy, acupuncture, and hydrotherapy sessions. He gave us a cost sheet of everything and said they only charge us for services that are done. We scheduled a number of sessions of the above for one month, and we will see how it goes. I felt comfortable with the staff and services so far.
