I brought my new kitten in yesterday for the first time. Dr. Schreiber and the rest of the crew were very friendly and made us feel right at home. He was very informative and helpful.

Very professional.

Quiet and super clean environment.

The veterinarian and technician were very patient and kind to my cat who was busting the vet for the first time.

He was very distressed initially but he relaxed by the way they handled him.

My wait was over 40 minutes sitting in the waiting room. Far too much these days. If you fall behind. Please text or call. Modern technology works.

Plus every visit seems to be more expensive than the last. We got 2 shots and a stool test, for over $200. How much if we hadn't skipped 2 other boosters?

Valley Veterinary Hospital replied:

We are very sorry for your wait. Often in the Veterinary field, unexpected situations occur that can put us behind schedule with no notice. We strive to give every patient the care and attention they require. You are always welcome to call before your appointment to check if we are on schedule.

If you have questions about your bill, please call the office and will be happy to go over it with you.

Brought in my kitten. I was thoroughly educated on the shots required and why. The doctor also took the time to teach us how to cut the kittens nails going-forward.
