We were seen promptly, even though I did not have an appointment. Trixie was treated kindly and with respect. Everyone spoke to her, petted her and made her comfortable.

My appointment was with Dr. Metz, and she and the entire office staff and vet techs were very caring, friendly, and professional. I never feel rushed during appointments, and questions are encouraged. Very highly recommend!

Dr. Katie and the staff was wonderful with our new chihuahua puppy, Ginny, on her first visit! They not only got the medicine and vaccines she needed, but also provided great puppy training advice for us. Ginny loves Valley West!

The staff at Valley West was professional and caring during my experience with dental surgery for my pet. They were on time and answered any questions I had prior to and during her care. Dr. issac ( can't remember her first name)... called me just prior to her procedure and during to confirm additional surgery and to assure me that my pet was doing well. When I picked her up in the afternoon all paperwork and post op care and meds were covered verbally and with hard copy directives. I was provided with pain meds to make my pet's recovery more comfortable and she is doing very well.
