I love, love, love this salon, from the stylists & receptionists to the décor and "vibe"!! I had a balayage, which is a fairly new and very trendy technique, and my stylist, Brittany, did an amazing job! She is very detail oriented and thorough, as well as being very warm and personable! This is an esthetically beautiful salon with an incredibly talented staff that everyone in Wilmington should experience!

I posted a complaint a few days ago about my colored hair and the lack of help I was receiving about fixing it. Since then Aveda, specifically Cindy has been super helpful and it turned out to be a misunderstanding. Their service since then has been fantastic and they are fixing my hair next week!

I got my hair dyed pink which was supposed to last for a few months and it all came out in a week and when I called to ask what we could do to fix it and was not called back for a week. Then I was finally called back and told to send pictures of my hair which I did and have not heard anything back since.

Victoria is excellent from beginning to end. She listens, she does an excellent job and is a quality person. I have been to Aveda on and off for several years. Only 2 individuals rank top and she's one of them.
