I have been asking for the back of my head to be highlighted as well as the top but it still remains black and dark to this day. I’m not sure why they haven’t highlighted it in months. I even moved from one stylist to another. I just need it even bc everyone including my family always makes fun of my half highlighted hair. And I still haven’t received the ash blonde I’ve wanted. It looks brownish blonde. I wonder if anyone will help me from doing this survey.
