My stylist (Kyrsten) was able to adjust well, but I had a 30 minute wait. Also, there was no hot water for about 10 min during my shampoo!

I was happy with my eyebrow wax but not with my 25 minute wait! The women at the front told me that back waxes take a long time and that I should have come to the front and complained earlier, as if to suggest that it was MY fault for being patient while I waited. Unacceptable. I should not have have been charged for that eyebrow wax.

The salon is so nice and everyone makes you feel welcome. Love the infused water and tea available. Services are always spectacular and Bridgette is the best! I look forward to every visit.

Elizabeth gives a wonderful relaxing massage! She does everything she can to make you feel comfortable.

Nail Salon too dark and not enough color options. Takes too long and is too expensive for a gel manicure.
