I called for a cut and color & a mistake was made in communicating to my stylist. I did not get the highlights I wanted, only a cut. It is extremely hard for me to set aside several hours for an appointment, so my hair will not be what I wanted for a long time. It is also ridiculous that there is no system in place to tip with a card. I had to leave & go to an ATM to tip. I am only giving two stars instead of one because my stylist was good & Heidi did a great job with the shampoo/head and neck massage.
