Christine did a great job. She listened to my requests. I was a little disappointed that I had to ask to be taken to the relaxation room, was not told where the robes were, had to ask for a towel in the shower and did not have water available. I could also hear the staff talking and using the restroom while trying to relax. The shower water turned cold after 2 minutes which was definitely not relaxing either. The amenities were there however I did not like that I had to ask for all of them specifically.

We greatly apologize that you had not been offered to be taken back into our relaxation area. As we are not a getaway spa, we don't typically offer those amenities unless a guest does request them.
