This was another great experience with a stylist who listened to what I wanted and needed for this haircut. My previous cuts have been of such quality that even when I could not get in for a trim they still looked good, and I am confident this cut will grow out well too. I was also surprised and pleased that after cutting my hair my stylist rewashed it to remove all the little pieces so I could go on with my day without worrying about the little trimmings getting everywhere. Everyone I talked to was friendly and welcoming.

This was my second time here. First time was to get a couples massage with my husband - which I wasn't too impressed with. Second time was to get a couples massage with my sister that my parents gifted us. The first experience was unimpressive, but this experience was terrible. My one star is for Francis who actually massaged my sister and liked her experience. Everything else is for how terrible it was.

First this is what was purchased: The Romance up to 2 hours | 240

Created to bring couples closer, this package includes two Aroma Massages with footbaths and rose petals. Candlelight and sweets complete this experiences and makes it a perfect date.

It was purchased online, so the entire gift card had 275$ to include tip. Despite being purchased a year ago, when they saw me being 8 months pregnant, they told us we had to pay an additional 20$ for my "prenatal massage" and were absolutely shocked I was pregnant, claiming that whoever made the reservation did not mention I was pregnant. When we asked my mother (reservation maker), she said she definitely mentioned my 8 month condition as it's harder for me to lay on my back and impossible for me to lay on my stomach. My sister and I were also like, "20$ more because I have to lay on my side?" They were like "no, it's completely different". Having many massages in my life - literally the 20$ surplus was to lay on my side. There were no new techniques involved, except she touched me less. She wouldn't go down to my lower spine and wouldn't rub my upper legs, so I felt half of my back and half of my thigh were not rubbed. I asked for her to increase the pressure and to go lower on my back, to which she replied "absolutely", but never actually did. Our massage was 50 minutes long, our footbath was 7-10 minutes, and our treats (4 Ferrero Rocher Fine Hazelnut Chocolates) took us 2 minutes to eat and discard. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS NO WHERE NEAR 2 HOURS! When we got out and went to the front, she was like "ohh sorry, there was confusion. We read it wrong. She thought it was for an hour and a half massage. So now you have 34$ left after tip"

Writing this review makes me so mad. I may stop in today and see if they will remedy this, but knowing the crowd that works there - they most likely won't.

Looking at their menu, an 80 minute AROMA massage (the one you get in the ROMANCE) is $105. 105x2 = $210. I would rather have done that than 2 50 minute AROMA massages that are 240$ with a 5 minute foot bath and some Ferrero Rocher Fine Hazelnut Chocolates....

The whole experience was wonderful. I love the atmosphere. I love the music, drinks, and furniture. It really is a nice place to relax while you get your hair done. Unfortunately, despite having such a positive experience, I was not happy with the way my hair turned out. It looked nothing like I wanted and I do plan on calling in and getting it fixed. I'm not mad or anything, just needs a few tweaks to get it where I want it. Overall, good.

I was not treated nicely by the front desk and did not get what I requested. They lied and said I did not request a hot rock massage but if you check your email files I did. I won't ever return.
