First, my stylist was changed to a different one on the morning of, for a more expensive haircut. Then, when I arrived, I was informed I would have to wait 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, I got a different stylist. In the end, the haircut was disappointing with several areas I would have preferred done differently. There should be recommended stylists depending on the style of hair and cut.

Mariah did an amazing job!! She warned me ahead of time that we might not be able to get the colors i was hoping for because of my color to start. However, she was able to lighten my hair enough to get the right colors, AND she didn't fry my hair in the process!! The cut was drastically different as well, and she did a wonderful job on that too. Finally, she styled my hair beautifully when she was done. I got my hair done about 12 hours ago, and I've already received so many compliments!

I had an appointment for makeup and hair. No eye make-up was applied. When I asked about it, a minimal amount of mascara was put on, but it seemed like the stylist felt uncomfortable doing it. The scalp massage was nice during the hair washing, but I had to restyle my hair afterwards. This was my first and last visit to Veda.

My daughter left your salon sobbing. The stylist obviously didn't know how to cut curly hair. The bangs are uneven in the front, even directly in the front. They were cut much shorter than the agreed upon length. The back is uneven. The stylist thinned out my daughter's curls unnecessarily. The stylist thought letting it air dry was what my daughter should get if she wanted it to be styled curly (she only said this because she needed to know how bad the length was on her bangs.) When I called and demanded to speak to the manager, the store manager was gone for the day but I was able to speak to the stylist manager. I texted her a picture my daughter sent as she sat in the parking lot crying. I asked if my daughter looked like she just left an Aveda salon. The manager said quite frankly no. She even had cowlicks st the front of her hairline. I'm still reeling in shock that this happened to my daughter at an Aveda salon. Never going back.

Abby Mrazek is absolutely wonderful! My son and I have been coming to Abby for a couple of years now and I can not say enough good things about her. My son has special needs and Abby has been the only hair stylist that will take the time to cut his hair. He is certainly not the easiest client and takes a lot of time, but Abby does absolutely amazing with him. She is patient, kind and one of the most talented hair stylists I have ever met.

My 2 services was great on Friday. I had left a question of possible having an expired coupon still be used. I didn't realize there was an expiration so I tucked into my purse. Just found it and the associate at the counter said she would give it to the manager as she has the means to override the expiration. She said the manager was in a meeting/phone and would call me when she asked. She said she had all my information in the computer. Sunday and I haven't heard a word. Also when while waiting for the call, I want to find out about the receipt. I was to be charged and extra $20 for deep tissue/neuro muscular and $10 each for the services. When I got home, I noticed I was charged $50. Didn't call right away as I was waiting for the call from my other question. The 2 women at the counter didn't appear to know how to take care of my charges for Friday so I had to wait a while.
