I came in for a 80 minute massage and was not impressed with it. It felt like a lot of stretching and trying to kill time, instead of an actual massage. I can stretch at home, I wanted and paid for a massage. Also, I was unable to use my gift card because it was an Aveda gift card and they are just a Veda salon. They sell Aveda products so I was confused and disappointed. I will not be returning here for a massage.

I had my hair styled here on May 17, 2018. It was the worst experience of my life. I asked for a master stylist, I was told that's what she was. I brought her in a picture of how in wanted my hair done. It didn't turn out even remotely close to what I wanted done. I expressed my frustration to her. I had to fix pieces of it in the salon to show her what I wanted. I left there very upset and unhappy. I paid $60 for something that looked awful. I shouldn't have paid. I should have complained to the manager and refused to pay. I came from WI to visit my cousins and was having my hair done for her graduation. What a disaster. I've never been so upset about someone doing my hair in my life. To pay that kind of money and have it be nothing like you wanted or asked for, is outrageous. I shouldn't have had to pay $60 for a service like that when it wasn't at all what I wanted. I had to go back to my hotel and do my hair all over again. This experience totally wrecked my day. I will never go there again.

Leaving a 3 star because I always receive the best service from Rosa but the conditions back in the “spa” are pretty disappointing. The rooms are poorly lit and seem to have some ventilation issues because it gets very stuffy. The octopus light that has to be twirled around my face the whole time makes it hot and uncomfortable. Front desk girls / staff always busy talking amongst themselves - have to wait at the counter to be addressed / welcomed when we arrive - overall salon is a so-so experience.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and needed to have some highlights fixed that were done poorly by another stylist. Carrie was great and was able to make good recommendations and my hair came out looking way better than when I went it.
