Very refreshing to actually be seen at scheduled appointment time. Staff very cordial and treated with utmost respect. Very glad I came back to this office for treatment. Ms Meyer very good and and nurse who initially took blood pressure and gave instructions on test very thorough. Overall a great experience in office. Haven't had such good service in drs office in quite a while.

,AFTER MY LAST ENDOSCOPY I COULD NOT TALK FOR DAYS AND I coughed for weeks and when I contacted your office a few days after the procedure I was told to get tested for coverd!!' Outside of a short call from Dr. Simon, I was basically shined off!!

Terrible. I'm not sure what you are talking about, unless you are referring to a pre-colonoscopy telehealth care appointment I had yesterday that took 6-8 weeks to schedule for a 5 minute phone call. That is ridiculous! Now I still don't have a colonoscopy appointment.
Your system is terrible. Plus getting this stupid email that is very vague and doesn't even open correctly or specify what the email is about.

What I had was a phone call appt. with "Connie", a nurse practitioner, prior to an doctor appointment being made for
me for a endoscopy.
She was excellent, friendly, professional, competent, asking about my issues/symptoms. I felt the conversation 'was very thorough, complete, thus, I was very impressed with her.
