I was out running errands and noticed I was in need of an oil change. It was 11:00 and I called Joe to see if I could be fit into his schedule. Joe and his team are always great. I had the oil changed and was in and out in less than an hour. Always great service.

Melissa has been wonderful. No complaints there. My issue is with the points program that began last year. When this program was announced it was with much fanfare. I was disturbed last evening when I was told the 180.00 in services did not qualify for any points, the threshold is 200.00- I understand that you are in business to make a profit and if the point system was too liberal you are entitled to make adjustments. What I don't understand is the lack of communicating that to your customers. As far as I know, I received no emails, mailings, or phone messages announcing this change. That says to me that you are not very proud of the new structure. You then leave it to the poor girl at the front desk to be the messenger. After all is said and done, the total amount spent last night was 242.00 but because this included product and tip, it qualifies for nothing. As far as I am concerned, there is no longer a points program. This is disappointing, but not as disappointing as the way it was communicated to me. My advice is to no longer offer this program, for most of us we will never qualify anyway.
