I made the one-hour drive based on the appointment being set and they took my pet on the appointment time, but made we wait at curbside for 4-hours. This is the equivalent experience of buying a car and having the dealer take the keys to your trade. I was given a laundry list of stuff that needed to be done ($500 testing) for a 14-month old dog that was lethargic and charged just as much for testing and medicine ($1,000 total). What my dog actually needed was to see his vet and $230 including medicine (antibiotic and steroid shot), he was better in two days. I'm sure there are better experiences than the one I am writing but be prepared for time and money if you go here from my experience. And apparently Covid just started there, because you cannot go inside and those that did had to wear mask regardless of vaccine status.
Hi Jeffrey, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would like to point out that we are urgent care and our prices are reflective of that. We offer a service when your normal vet was closed. You as a client have the option to decline whatever testing you as an owner do not see fit. Additionally, We don't think COVID has just started here we however would like to continue to protect our staff and their families from potentially bringing home the virus unknowingly. Thank you and we are glad to hear that your furry family member is improving.
