Grateful for Darlene and her team of compassionate professionals. I had an urgent situation with one of my dogs and neither of my local Malibu vets could squeeze us in. While equally busy, Vet Angels opened their hearts and doors to diagnose, treat and stablize my boy. While the prognosis is still not certain, we're on a path and he's out of immediate danger. Everyone from reception, to vet tech to the vets themselves was kind, patient and attentive. Our vet really took the time to explain my goats’ x-rays, and what was going on with their coughs and congestion and how to implement the treatment plan. I will say that they were in the middle of emergency surgery when I arrived, and so every vet was on deck for it, but the receptionist was very transparent, and I understood. I really appreciated the honest communication each step of the way, and it is obvious this vet office cares about animals.
