Very good service. Prompt. Professional. Pleasant. They got back to me after with a question and wanted an update the next day (Taylor). Very appreciated. Dr. Stone noticed a cyst I had missed. Thank you. Hard to get through on the phone. Verizon message pops up so you think you’ve reached wrong number. Texting is best.

We went to Vacc for many years and the office staff and vets were exceptional. Highly recommended. They were also so kind to me when I finally had to let my best friend go. I could not ask for more.

We’ve taken our dogs to both the Forestdale and S Yarmouth offices for routine and emergency care, and have been very pleased and grateful for the care they received each time! We see Dr Vicki in Forestdale most often and she and her staff have been outstanding!! We would highly recommend this practice for all your pet’s needs and services!

Always friendly and efficient and they have taken very good care of my Molly (cat) for over 10 years. Good communicators, willing to answer questions and discuss things. Highly recommended.

They used to be a great team. But as time has passed by their prices has increased to a point they ask if it’s an emergency visit to charge a higher visit rate which is outrageous. New building with higher prices.

Friendly and helpful at the front desk. My Veterinarian is great! She is very thorough and provides us with insights and advice on keeping our pup healthy. Veterinary Associates is the best clinic we’ve ever used and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone who needs a Vet, or needs a change.

Awesome, compassionate, professional staff from the moment you enter the clinic to the time you leave. Dr. Lang was great, spent a great deal of time with us. Very caring. His assistant was very friendly. The facility is quite clean and animal friendly.
Overall a great practice with caring competent compassionate professionals. Couldn't ask for a better team.

Our dog and cat love Dr. Abby at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod. We met her in 2019 when our cat suddenly got very sick. Her skill impressed us and her empathy touched us. All of the staff at VACC is great but Dr, Abby is truly special.
