Everything was amazing, the staff were very friendly and informative, helping my dog and I adjust in for our appointment, it was our first time at VERG. My doctor was also very kind and patient, she took time to inform me of everything that was happening and explained my dogs exams results. Overall, the staff at VERG made my appointment as comfortable as possible despite the situation I was facing with my dog.
