Scout is a difficult patient! I did not bring her this time but my husband said that everything was great as usual and he was impressed that Scout was able to get checked out and get her shots without too much chaos. Jake was wonderful.

For me, Dr Tyson and his team of professionals represent the finest level of services available in the world of veterinary medicine today.

Virtually all of the staff members display a level of caring - both for the well being of the patients as well as the concerns of the owners -

that far exceeds my experiences with veterinary practices I have utilized in the past.

Recently my 5 month old English Lab puppy required attention for a problem that was causing a pronounced limp. On very short notice, the problem was diagnosed quickly through a physical exam by Dr Gillespie (including radiology), treatment prescribed immediately and a follow-up visit scheduled. Subsequent to that visit, I received two follow-up phone calls and an email within the next three days checking on "Matey's" condition and progress. I would say you aren't likely to find another practice matching the standards and operating philosophy I have observed being met on a day-to-day basis by this remarkable practice - anywhere or anytime soon. If I were to choose a single word to describe them, the word would be "superb"

The staff are usually very friendly and polite. The facility is clean and well taken care of.

Vet was very rude when talking about my pets and did not listen to my suggestions on how to handle my pets. I was not a fan of her attitude either. Other then that it was a decent visit.

Moving back to the area I was concerned that I was not going to find a decent vet. We took our 10 month old mini austrialian Shepherd to get a check up and some shots. The vet and vet tech were both very thorough and extremely friendly. I am very happy to have Tucker in the care of VCM! The center is beautiful and staff is wonderful!

I truly love Karen and Dr. Callahan but feel I was grossly overcharged for the procedure. I checked all the vets in the area and they charge half of what I was charged and that includes the best vet on the East Coast!!!! I was told one thing and got the bill and had a heart attack...still very upset.

Always a good experience!! I stopped by to get medication for Annie and it was bagged and ready and waiting. The care and the service are always outstanding. Don't change a thing!!
