The doctors and staff who helped with Flare were awesome.
Everything was fine until I was preparing to check out, at that time a young girl was holding 2 huge dogs and they started advancing towards me and my dog. The girl could not hold them back and asked her Mother 3 times to help her before the mother complied. I felt very intimidated and my dog was frightened. Don't know how this could be avoided in the future but I feel it is an issue.
VOSM was incredibly helpful and accommodating when another ortho vet was unable to complete their surgery and we needed to get our poor dog in ASAP! We are so grateful for their willingness to work with us and their overall friendliness. You can tell they truly care about their work and the animals they see.
Dr. Dycus was wonderful as well as the support staff. Tug was very well taken care of while he stayed the night. I am happy with the results of his scope and his care. Thank you for treating him as your own.
Doctor was great. When I scheduled the appt I specifically told them that I was not planning on doing surgery on my dog. They told me that all the doctors had the same experience and that it wouldn’t matter who they put me with. The doctor I had was wonderful but he was a surgeon and so now they’re referring me to another doctor within the practice that is a rehabilitation doc. I am not willing to double up on fees for two separate consultations as I feel it should be covered by the practice .
Scott and Pat did a great job! They moved an old freezer outside from a tricky place with great care. Scott did a top notch job of painting, installing a headboard, and hanging pictures. Outside, Pat took care of replacing a hook and moving a large ladder off the ground. Then they helped me get rid of a lot of old junk. And all in under two hours and with friendliness and cooperation. I've recommended Ms Honey Do to friends in the past and will continue to do so.
