This is the second time I book an appointment (with 2 different hairstylists), and both didn’t see me until 25-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I inquired about both running late, and I was told either’ “They’re almost done.” or “The client asked for something extra that wasn’t planned.” I was last there about a year ago, and decided to jump in the promotion and give this place a try again. I certainly don’t appreciate that appointment times are not honored.
