I always leave here happy with the service. All the staff are all so friendly and welcoming and the doctor always explains everything so well. I use to go to a different clinics pretty much every year, many years ago before coming here, because I never felt that those places explained things or really took the time to provide good care. I felt like they would treat me as if I wouldn't understand their explanations so they just didn't even try to loop me in on what was being done and what results were. Village EyeCare is the complete opposite! Best service!

Village eye care is the best eye clinic in the entire state of Illinois. Dr Sarai is such an amazing doctor. He is very detailed in his exams. Thanks to Dr Sarai, he fixed my prescription. I walk into the clinic and the entire staff is amazing. Lori and Heather are awesome. They helped me pick out some amazing frames. The staff is friendly kind, helpful. I can be living hours away and village eye care will be my to go place for all my vision needs always.

Service is great! But on multiple occasions, I have had to call back and get my prescription emailed to me. This transaction should be part of standard business conduct so as to not further delay treatment.
