The staff were very friendly. The visit was very efficient. Their approaches to COVID prevention were good (limiting appointments, wiping down surfaces, distancing chairs in waiting area, wearing masks, etc.) They also have a good selection of frames.

Professional, thorough and time consuming. Our prior pediatric eye exam was done at the South Loop location with kid friendly equipment (monster masks with different eyes covered, for example). It was quick and easy. Wicker Park didn’t have the kid-centric equipment, and the exam was longer, more wiggly, and required more enticing to get through. Good counseling (20-20-20 no more than 20 minutes of screen time then at least 20 second break looking at least 20 feet away. I like mnemonics!)

Great experience for my daughter's first eye exam for Kindergarden. Front staff was nice and welcoming. Dr. Zimmerman was great with my daughter. Definitely recommended for children and adults.
