The staff here is great! The Village Vet was booked up but allowed me to bring my guinea pig in as an emergency visit because my guinea pigs head was leaning severely.
They advised me I could drop of my guinea and in between other appointments the vet would review my boy. I dropped him off at 9 at around 2pm he was ready. I hung out in the lobby for most of the wait (because it was a longer drive home I stayed in the area) and I got to observe everyone else who has appointments. If your curious what a typical day is like everyone (over 10 pets I witnessed) was taken back within 1-5 minutes of arriving. Everyone and their pets was treated genuinely and professionally. Even though I waited for awhile I am so appreciative that they found time to treat my guinea on a day they were booked up. If you are a true animal lover you can't help by smile as you get to see all these animals come through.
On top of my appreciation for squeezing us in, they gave a complimentary vitamin c shot and nail trimming! It was $123 for the partial boarding, exam, antibiotics and inflammatory medication. I am a happy pet owner its very hard to find such a clean office, friendly staff, fair prices and knowledgeable vets!
